Based on the critical jobs in the Chattahoochee Valley-BRAC Energy Work Ready Region, Georgia has determined the ratio of graduates in each field versus the number of employees needed for current jobs. This ratio drives our focus on closing the gap through ongoing education and training initiatives. The idea ratio is 1.5 to 2.
