Georgia Work Ready Certificate Minimum Age Eligibility Policy
The Work Ready Certificate is designed to validate the work readiness skills of the state’s available workforce. The Governor's Office of Workforce Development has set a general age minimum policy for Work Ready administrators to follow when proctoring.
High school seniors are eligible to earn Work Ready Certificates during their senior year. Individuals who have not completed high school must be at least 18 years of age to earn a Work Ready Certificate or in an approved GED program, at least 17 years old and with approval of the adult education instructor.
